Leading law firms, investment banks,
corporations, pension funds, and corporate governance experts
subscribe to The M&A Journal. The staff has been covering the
field since the poison pill was a warrant. We take apart complex
transactions and turn the daily trickle of information into a
dramatic account of each deal from its beginning to its end. We
identify legal and regulatory trends, and provide profiles of
judges, M&A advisors and investors.
Who makes mistakes? Who scores
victories? What tactics work or fail?
We tell you. We're your business.
